We aim to have all orders processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Our standard delivery timeframe is as follows:
USA: 8-12 Business Days
CA: 8-12 Business Days
UK: 8-12 Business Days
AU: 14-18 Business Days
NZ: 14-18 Business Days
Please note that during peak periods, order processing times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, and delivery times may be extended due to courier delays that are outside of our control. While we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding during these busy periods.
